Hours of Operation
Monday 9-7, Tuesday-Friday 9-9, Saturday 9-5

Payment
We accept cash, personal checks with proper identification,
and Visa, Master Card, and Discover cards.

A $30 fee will be charged for any returned check.

Cancellations
Please give 48 hours notice when cancelling an appointment.

Deposits
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required when making
three or more appointments for one or more people.

Confirming Appointments
Most appointments will be confirmed one day in advance.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the listed prices. The industry standard is between
15% and 20% of the service fee. Of course the amount is always a matter of choice.

Refunds
We believe in the concept of quality service and we guarantee the services performed
in our salon and day spa. If you feel we have failed to provide the caliber of professional services upon which our reputation has been built, please contact the management.

You may ask for a different stylist each time or stay with the same one.
Don't be embarrassed. We're not.

Our professional staff thanks you for your patronage. We trust that the services
and attention you received have completely met your expectations. We so firmly believe
in quality service that we guarantee the services performed in our salon.

Hair cuts - 5 days
Hair color - 5 days
Perms - 2 weeks
Relaxers - 2 weeks

Within these time limits, if you feel we have failed to meet your expectations,
please contact us. An appointment will be made at the earliest possible time
to make an adjustment or correction with no additional charge to you.

OUR ARTIFICIAL NAIL GUARANTEE
Seven days guaranteed in full for lifting, cracks, chips and breaks
if the client comes faithfully every two weeks.

From eight to fourteen days after service there will be a $2 charge per nail
for all repairs if the client comes faithfully every two weeks.

After fourteen days client will be charged full menu price.
