personal checks with proper identification.
CANCELLATIONS
48 hour notice is requested when canceling an appointment.

Most appointments will be confirmed one day in advance.
REFUNDS
Gift certificates are non-refundable. We believe in the
concept of quality service and we guarantee the services
performed in our salon and day spa. If you feel we have failed
to provide the caliber of professional services upon which our
reputation has been built, please contact man- agement at

GRATUITIES Gratuities are not included in our gift packages.
The industry standard is between 15% and 20% of the service fee
and is always a matter of choice.
